About this series
See Your WorldThe frame is almost entirely dark. A man's face emerges out of it, lit in warm peach and cool teal, with red and cyan edges pulling apart at the shoulders and jaw. Horizontal glitch bands cut across his mouth. Over his eyes sits a torn strip of paper, taped down, with a sliver of starfield showing through the tear. "SEE YOUR" runs small in white caps. The eyes covered, the stars behind the tear: that image does a lot of the preaching for you. Psalm 119:18 asks God to open our eyes, and this series lives there. Take a week on seeing with God's perspective. Take another on opening your eyes to need, near and far, local and global. Then move toward compassion, service, volunteering, and giving.
