Affiliate Terms of Service

Affiliate participation is limited to:

• Churches
• Content creators
• Approved partners

All Affiliate applications are subject to review and approval at Sermon Box’s sole discretion. Sermon Box reserves the right to reject or remove any Affiliate at any time, with or without cause.

Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Sermon Box and any Affiliate.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Sermon Box.

Commissions are earned solely in accordance with the following terms:

• Commission rates vary by Affiliate and may differ based on individual agreements or campaigns
• Commission terms may be modified at any time
• Commissions may be earned on:
  • Discounted purchases
  • Free trials that convert to paid subscriptions
• Recurring commissions, where applicable, are earned for up to twelve (12) months from the customer’s initial conversion

A minimum payout balance may be required before commissions are issued.

Affiliate referrals are tracked using:

• Unique referral links
• Cookies

Key tracking rules:

• Cookie duration is thirty (30) days
• Attribution is determined by last-click
• If a referral cannot be accurately tracked, no commission will be credited

Sermon Box is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked referrals.

Affiliate commissions are paid subject to the following terms:

• Affiliate payouts are issued on a periodic basis
• Payments are made through the payment method designated by Sermon Box
• Affiliates are responsible for all applicable taxes
• A completed W-9 form is required for Affiliates earning $600 USD or more in a calendar year

Affiliates are permitted to:

• Use Sermon Box branding assets as provided
• Run paid advertisements promoting Sermon Box
• Use approved coupon codes supplied by Sermon Box
• Promote via email, SMS, direct messages, and social platforms

Affiliates may not:

• Bid on Sermon Box brand names, trademarks, or variations thereof in paid search advertising
• Offer refunds, guarantees, or incentives not explicitly authorized by Sermon Box
• Represent themselves as an “official” Sermon Box partner beyond approved language

Affiliates must clearly and conspicuously disclose their material connection to Sermon Box wherever they promote Sermon Box, so that a reader or viewer understands the relationship. This includes using clear language such as “affiliate link,” “paid partnership,” or “#ad” on:

• Websites, blogs, and landing pages
• Email and SMS messages
• Social media posts, videos, and direct messages

Disclosures must comply with the Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and any other applicable law. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their disclosures accurate, current, and visible. Failure to disclose is grounds for withheld or forfeited commissions and removal from the Affiliate Program.

The following actions are strictly prohibited, including without limitation:

• Spam or unsolicited messaging
• Misleading, deceptive, or false claims
• Self-referrals
• Fake accounts or fraudulent activity
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Any conduct inconsistent with Christian values or harmful to the Sermon Box brand or church community

Violations of these Affiliate Terms may result in:

• Immediate forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• Termination from the Affiliate Program
• Removal of access to Affiliate tools or links

Sermon Box reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion.

Sermon Box reserves the right to:

• Modify the Affiliate Program
• Adjust commission structures
• Suspend or terminate the program at any time

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Affiliate participation is governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution provisions outlined in the Sermon Box Terms of Service.
