Last updated · July 17, 2026

Sermon Inc LLC, doing business as Sermon Box (“Sermon Box,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit sermonbox.com or use our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.

1Information We Collect

In shortWe collect what you give us when you buy or sign up, the payment details needed to process your order, and basic technical data about how you use the site.

Information you provide

When you create an account, place an order, subscribe to a membership, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, church or organization name, email address, phone number, and billing address. We also keep a record of your orders, downloads, and support messages, and any content you choose to submit, such as a testimonial.

Payment information

Payments are processed by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. When you pay, you provide your card or account details directly to them, and they handle that data under their own privacy policies (Stripe and PayPal). We receive confirmation of your payment and limited details such as the last four digits and card type; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, and how you move through the site. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies & Tracking) to keep the site secure, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used.

Information from third parties

If you choose to sign in or register using a third-party account (such as Google or Facebook), we receive basic profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address, according to the permissions you grant. We may also receive limited information from advertising and analytics partners about how you found us.

Information from producers

If you join our producer program, we also collect what we need to pay you and meet tax rules, including your payout account details through our payout processor, Stripe, and your tax information (such as a W-9 or taxpayer identification number). We use this to send your payouts and issue tax forms such as a 1099.

2How We Use Your Information

In shortWe use your information to run the service, process your orders, support you, market to you (with an easy opt-out), improve our products, and keep everything secure and lawful.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process payments, manage memberships, and handle renewals, returns, and disputes
  • Pay producers in our producer program and meet related tax-reporting obligations
  • Provide customer support and respond to your requests
  • Send you service and administrative messages, including order confirmations, receipts, and changes to our terms or policies
  • Send marketing and promotional messages by email and SMS, which you can opt out of at any time
  • Measure, analyze, and improve the site, our products, and our marketing, including through aggregated and de-identified data
  • Deliver and measure relevant advertising across other websites and platforms
  • Protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats, and enforce our terms
  • Comply with our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

3Cookies and Tracking Technologies

In shortWe use cookies to run the site, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You control them through your browser and the opt-out links below.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. The main categories are:
