Anything else, our team answers fast: real people who have run church media themselves.
Do I get unlimited downloads?+
Yes. The All-Access Pass includes unlimited downloads for every pack on the site. Worship Visuals plans include unlimited downloads across all worship and environment visuals.
How does the 12-month commitment work?+
Annual plans can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. Monthly plans are a 12-month commitment: after 12 consecutive payments you can cancel anytime, same place.
What is All-Access Launch?+
A grant program for young churches: church plants and replants under 100 in weekly attendance and less than two years old get full All-Access at a supported rate while you get established. Tell us your story and we will take it from there.
We have multiple campuses. Do we need a plan per campus?+
No. The Multisite license covers your whole family of campuses under one membership and one bill. Talk to our team and we will size it to you.
What formats do the files come in?+
Industry-standard formats: video in .mov and .mp4, graphics in .jpg and .png, and source Photoshop files as .psd. Need something special? Reach out and we will get you the format you need.
What types of payment do you accept?+
All major credit and debit cards, and PayPal.
Can I request a refund?+
We are confident you will love your membership. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason, reach out and we will make it right.
Where can I find a font used in a design?+
Most product pages list the fonts used in the design, so you can grab a copy from the foundry that publishes it.
