Do I need a code for the sale price?+

How does the 12-month commitment work?+
Annual plans can be canceled at any time from your account dashboard. Monthly plans are a 12-month commitment: after 12 consecutive payments you can cancel anytime, same place.

We have multiple campuses. Do we need a plan per campus?+

What formats do the files come in?+
Industry-standard formats: video in .mov and .mp4, graphics in .jpg and .png, and source Photoshop files as .psd. Need something special? Reach out and we will get you the format you need.

Where can I find a font used in a design?+
Most product pages list the fonts used in the design, so you can grab a copy from the foundry that publishes it.
