What happens after I order?+
You head straight into the Series Brief: a guided form that captures your title, scripture, big idea, and the feel you are going for. It takes about ten minutes, and it is everything our designers need to start.
How long does it take?+
With standard turnaround you see concept graphics in 3-4 business days, and the entire package is produced and delivered within 2-3 weeks. Need it sooner? Rush lanes (8-14 days or 5-7 days) are available inside the brief.
What if I do not love the first concept?+
You review and approve every file before anything is final. Concepts come with a built-in feedback round, and we refine until it matches the vision you gave us in the brief.
Do I get the source files?+
Editable Photoshop (PSD) files are included with every pack. After Effects project files for the motion pieces are available as an add-on, before or after checkout.
Are soundtracks included?+
Yes. The bumper, trailer, and countdown all ship with a licensed premium soundtrack. Some tracks may need additional licensing for YouTube and broadcast; message us and we will point you the right way.
How can I use the files?+
