RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return defective printed products to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW:

For simplicity, we’ve included a list below for which products are available for return. Our 15-day return policy only applies for items indicated with a checkmark below:

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Only defective print products will be refunded. 

Print proofs will be sent to the user for each order. Once approved, the product will be sent to production. Sermon Box will not be responsible for any misspellings, color discrepancies, or errors visible prior to proofing and approval. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Users will be requested to submit digital photos documenting the product defect and/or ship the defective products back to customer service.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected]. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Allow an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to process fully to your bank account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Any Digital Media Available For Download  
  • Any Membership and/or All-Access Pass 
  • Printed T-Shirts
  • Printed Decals

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

Please Note  

  •        A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.     
  •        Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
