Iitc Series Preview 1
Series Summary:
God’s presence is not limited to buildings, seasons, or circumstances — His power is everywhere, like a cloud covering, guiding, and protecting His people. It’s In The Cloud is a four-week series exploring how God shows up in mystery, provision, and guidance, just as He led the Israelites with a cloud in the wilderness.
This series will help believers recognize God’s presence, trust His leading, and experience His power in unseen ways — reminding us that even when we can’t see clearly, God is at work.
Theme Scripture:
Exodus 13:21–22
Week 1

Week 1 — “God’s Presence Above”

Scripture: Exodus 13:21–22, Exodus 16:10, Psalm 139:7–10

Introduction

The cloud in the wilderness represented God’s presence — unseen yet undeniable. Today, God’s presence surrounds us, even when we don’t feel it.

Key Point Ideas

  • God’s presence is constant, even in uncertainty

  • The cloud guided, protected, and revealed God’s glory

  • God is always with us, even when circumstances are unclear

  • Trusting God’s presence changes fear into faith

Application

  • Spend time this week reflecting on moments when God’s presence was obvious or subtle in your life

  • Practice daily awareness of God’s presence through prayer, Scripture, or worship

  • Choose to trust God’s unseen guidance in a current area of uncertainty

Closing Thoughts

God’s presence is always above, around, and within us — we just need to recognize it.

Week 2 — “Guided By The Cloud”

Scripture: Exodus 14:19–20, Exodus 33:14, Isaiah 30:21

Introduction

The cloud guided the Israelites every step of their journey. Today, God still guides His people, often in ways we can’t see clearly.

Key Point Ideas

  • God’s guidance is precise, even when the path seems uncertain

  • Following God requires faith, obedience, and patience

  • God’s cloud protects us from distractions and dangers

  • Spiritual discernment grows when we trust and follow His leading

Application

  • Identify one area where you need God’s guidance and commit it to Him in prayer

  • Practice listening to God daily through Scripture, reflection, or quiet time

  • Step forward in faith, trusting the cloud even if the path isn’t clear

Closing Thoughts

Following God’s cloud requires faith, but it always leads to His best for us.

Week 3 — “Provision in the Cloud”

Scripture: Exodus 16:4–15, Philippians 4:19, Matthew 6:31–33

Introduction

God didn’t just guide the Israelites — He provided for them every day in the wilderness. God’s provision often comes in ways we don’t expect or fully understand.

Key Point Ideas

  • God provides daily for our spiritual, emotional, and physical needs

  • Provision may not look like we imagine, but it is always perfect

  • Trusting God for provision requires patience and gratitude

  • God’s supply points to His faithfulness and power

Application

  • Identify a need in your life to bring to God in prayer this week

  • Keep a journal of ways God provides unexpectedly or consistently

  • Practice gratitude for daily blessings, trusting God for tomorrow

Closing Thoughts

God’s provision is always in the cloud — unseen, yet reliable, abundant, and perfect.

Week 4 — “Walking in the Cloud”

Scripture: Exodus 40:34–38, 2 Corinthians 5:7, Psalm 25:4–5

Introduction

The Israelites didn’t just see the cloud — they walked with it. Living in God’s presence means moving daily under His guidance, trusting the unseen, and embracing His power in every step.

Key Point Ideas

  • Walking by faith requires trust in what we cannot see

  • God’s cloud represents both His protection and His calling

  • Life with God is a journey, not a static experience

  • Obedience to God’s leading positions us for His blessings

Application

  • Commit to walking in daily obedience and faith this week

  • Reflect on areas where fear has blocked you from following God

  • Take a bold step of faith, trusting God’s cloud to guide and protect

Closing Thoughts

Life with God is not about seeing everything clearly, but about trusting Him fully and walking in His presence every day.
