The “Come Like A Child: Rediscovering Christmas” sermon series will guide us to approach the Christmas season with childlike faith, wonder, trust, and simplicity, just as Jesus called us to in Matthew 18:1-3. Through the stories of Mary, the shepherds, and the simplicity of Jesus’ birth, we will rediscover the true essence of Christmas and learn how to embrace it with the innocence and joy of a child.

Week 1: “Childlike Faith”

  • Scripture: Matthew 18:1-3
  • Introduction: Discuss the importance of approaching Christmas with childlike faith.
  • The Disciples’ Question:

    • Discuss their misunderstanding and misplaced priorities.
