Text: Ephesians 2:1–5
Introduction:
Our culture is full of people alive physically but dead spiritually. Paul reminds us that sin leaves us walking but empty, existing but not truly alive.
Key Points:
Sin doesn’t just wound us; it kills us spiritually. (Ephesians 2:1)
The world normalizes death as life. (Romans 6:23)
God’s mercy makes us alive again in Christ. (Ephesians 2:4–5)
Application:
Ask yourself: Am I just existing or truly living in Christ? Invite God to awaken any “dead places” in your life through repentance and surrender.
Closing Thoughts:
You don’t have to stay spiritually dead. In Christ, life isn’t just survival—it’s abundant, eternal, and free.
Text: John 11:38–44
Introduction:
When Jesus raised Lazarus, He didn’t just call him out of the grave—He told others to help remove his grave clothes. Many believers are alive in Christ but still bound by their old habits, shame, and identity.
Key Points:
Jesus has power over death. (John 11:43)
Coming out of the grave means leaving the old behind. (2 Corinthians 5:17)
Community helps remove what still binds us. (Galatians 6:2)
Application:
Identify the “grave clothes” in your life—unforgiveness, sin cycles, or shame—that still bind you. Take intentional steps, with God’s help and the support of others, to be free.
Closing Thoughts:
Don’t just come out of the grave—walk in freedom. Jesus didn’t raise you to life for you to stay wrapped up in death.
Text: Ezekiel 37:1–10
Introduction:
Ezekiel’s vision of the valley of dry bones shows us that God specializes in breathing life into what seems hopeless. Even in barren places, the Spirit restores and revives.
Key Points:
Dead things can live again through God’s Word. (Ezekiel 37:4)
The Spirit brings true life where there’s emptiness. (Ezekiel 37:9–10)
Revival begins with God’s breath filling His people. (John 20:22)
Application:
Pray for God’s Spirit to breathe fresh life into areas that feel dry—your faith, family, or purpose. Speak His Word into your situation with boldness.
Closing Thoughts:
If God can breathe life into dry bones, He can breathe life into you. No situation is too dead for His Spirit to resurrect.
Text: John 10:10
Introduction:
Jesus didn’t come to make bad people good—He came to make dead people alive. Life in Christ isn’t partial; it’s abundant, purposeful, and eternal.
Key Points:
The enemy steals, kills, and destroys. (John 10:10a)
Jesus gives life to the full. (John 10:10b)
Being fully alive means walking daily in His power. (Galatians 2:20)
Application:
Commit to living fully alive this week—choose joy, walk in obedience, and testify of what Christ has done in you. Refuse to let the enemy rob you of the life Jesus purchased.
Closing Thoughts:
The resurrection power of Jesus isn’t just for someday—it’s for right now. Step out of death, step into life, and live fully alive in Him.
