What You Can Sell

We're excited to see what you create and sell on Sermon Box. Downloads are setup in the following categories:

Sermon Series Packs
Title/Graphic Packs
Social Graphic Packs
Broadcast Graphic Packs
Video Downloads
Motionback Packs
Countdown Packs
Template Packs

Adding Products To Your Store

Add new products to your store by logging into your account dashboard and navigate to Products > Add New.

Product Options

Product Type: Select Your Product Type
Categories/Tags: Choose the appropriate product categories and tags. Example: Halloween, Christmas, Fall, Winter
Video Length: The length of the primary video included in your download.
Countdown Length: The length of the countdown timer that is included with your download. Standard lengths are 2:00 minutes or 5:00 minutes.
Primary Font: The name of the primary font used in your design.
Link To Font: Where can users download or purchase the font?
Soundtrack Producer: Who produced the soundtrack used in your video?
Link To Soundtrack: Where can users download or purchase the soundtrack?

General Settings

Type: For downloadable products, you'll need to check both the VIRTUAL and DOWNLOADABLE boxes.

Select A Price: See recommended product prices here
Set Sale Price: Run promotions on your products using sale pricing.
Downloadable Files: Add links to your product downloads. See more information on file hosting here.
Download Limit: Set a maximum number of times a customer can download your product per purchase. We require a minimum of 5 download attempts.
Download Expiry: Set a maximum length of time a user can access their download link. A minimum of 12 months is required.
Tax Status: Should remain set as Taxable.
Tax Class: Should remain set as Standard

Inventory Settings

SKU: Choose a product ID. Your SKU should use a standard format like SBM-1000. Three alphabetic characters-hyphen-four digits. Your three alphabetic characters should be an abbreviation of your store name.
Manage Stock: Not recommended for digital downloads.
Stock Status: Should remain set as IN STOCK unless you'd like to pause sales.
Sold Individually: Checking this box will remove the quantity selector on your product page.

Linked Products

Upsells: Select additional products to display on the product page as potential upsells.
Cross-sells: Select additional products to display on the cart page as potential upsells.

Product Images

Product images and previews are essential to your success. We recommend adding 3-4 product preview images.
Featured Image (Primary Image): The main image displayed on Sermon Box.
Product Gallery: All additional images to display on the product page. Your second image will display when users scroll over your product. Animated GIF images are supported.

We've compiled a set of sample product images you can use for your product listings. Download these sample images below:

Video Previews

Each product can have up to 3 video previews. Video previews can be hosted on Youtube. Simply copy and paste your Youtube link to display on the product page.

Video Preview Replaces Featured Image Adding a video preview link replaces the product's featured image on the product page. We recommend including the featured image in the product gallery as well.

Quick Colors

Including a color palette is an additional tool you can give to your customers. Quick colors supports up to 5 color HEX codes. Leaving these fields blank removes the tool from the product page.

Product Reviews

When submitting a product for the first time our team will review the listing prior to the product being available for purchase. Please allow 24-48 hours for approval. As your reputation on the platform proceeds, we may remove the product review requirement for users on an individual basis.

Here are some things we're looking for during the product review:

Quality product previews, images, and videos
Accuracy in categorization, tagging, and all product details.
Efficient file structure
Products meet all requirements
Quality of product downloads
